MADT will post your invitational & show information and registration link. Please email us when your registration is full and we will indicate that on the schedule. All other registration details are the host school’s and/or meet coordinator’s responsibilities to monitor. How to Create a Google Form for Your Invite
For those that do not know how to create a google form, please utilize the below resources to help you out. Once you create a google form, you can utilize the “share link” website address as your “link to competition registration” in your MADT submission.
